Hosting
Hosting purchases are subject to a 14 day right of cancellation from date of order.
Domains
Domain purchases are final and can not be refunded. Domain renewals agreed to in advance must be paid for one month before renewal. Domains ordered are paid before they are purchased. There is no guarantee that an ordered domain will be available if there is delay in payment.
Development
Development services that have been delivered are not subject to refund.
Privacy
When you register as a member of the site, your details are transmitted in an encrypted form and every effort is made to respect your privacy.

In order to completely protect our customer’s credit card information, we do not store any credit card information but utilise the Stripe payment system that only transmits funds, rather than any card information.
All transmissions are highly encrypted and secured by SSL (the web padlock) pages. The only customer information we hold is what you provide, we require your name and email address in order to provide services online.
